The 'stars' of the lamp are pretty, but the projected stars on the ceiling (which don't look like stars at all) spin really too fast, and neither the speed nor the intensity is adjustable. I was looking for lights that invite calm (my husband has a Cnep syndrome and needs an atmosphere conducive to relaxation), but this is not suitable at all. It's downright stressful. I regret my purchase.
Response from Wesco the 16/11/2021 Hello and thank you for leaving a review. On the product page, we provide different photos so you can see the product in context. Additionally, in the technical specifications, we specify the product's features as much as possible. In this case, we do not mention any possible adjustments. Based on your needs, our product manager recommends the 'musical star projector mushroom' available on our site. If you wish, our customer service is at your disposal at sav@wesco.fr. We regret your disappointment and hope to have the opportunity to see you again soon on our site. Have a nice day.

I wish you could see the children's eyes light up in front of the magic of the light game.
The Snoezelen education method leads to well-being. (...) It is about creating an atmosphere using materials, textures, colours, smells, sounds, like an invitation to go on a sensory journey. (...) It is a non-directive practice. The approach is based on an awareness of the outside world through the body and the five senses. The teacher is a facilitator who listens to the responses to the stimuli and acts on the atmosphere if necessary (...) The practice of Snoezelen is first and foremost the sensory skill of the stimulating person towards the stimulated person. The Snoezelen philosophy is based on 3 distinct ritualised phases: discovery and relaxation, recreation and sensory experiences, interactivity and return to reality (...).
