When wanting to create a course in parcours mode, the elevated passages are not stable. However, we respected the conditions of use and used a proposed course indicated in the manual. The storage suitcase is very appreciated.

Regarding the stability of the elevated passages, we invite you to check the presence of anti-slip pads under the blocks. If they are missing or defective, it may be a quality defect: in this case, do not hesitate to contact our customer service at sav@wesco.fr (specifying your order number, the problem encountered, and photos of the product). If the pads are indeed present, it is important to note that this type of course is designed as a balance exercise. For optimal and gradual use, we recommend starting with lower courses, placing only one height of block under the beams. You can then gradually increase the height as the children's confidence and abilities grow.
