Steps

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • Once smooth and shiny, pour it into the portions of the cannelé mould, either filling them a third, halfway or completely: as you wish!
  • When the dark chocolate starts to set, insert a stick and then melt the second chocolate you have chosen. For us, it will be white chocolate!
  • Pour onto the set dark chocolate then put in the freezer for 12 hours.

  • On the bag, stick on adhesive eyes and a small red pom-pom to form the reindeer's snout.
  • Remove the chocolates from the mould and put them in a bag. Close using pipe cleaners to form the reindeer's antlers.

Place one of these spoons in a saucepan and add 50 cl of milk before heating. To create a sweet moment of sharing in cold weather!
