Fold the foam sheet in half to create two A5 sizes. Cut out.
On the first sheet: trace the outline of the rabbit using the flat support as a template.
Punch holes all around the rabbit with the largest bit so that the needle can pass through, at regular intervals of about 1.5 cm. Make sure to punch outside the outline, to avoid seeing the holes during the final step. The intervals can be reduced: the more perforations there are, the more yarn will be needed to connect the dots.
Once the perforations are made around the edge, cut strands of yarn about 60 cm long in the desired colors.
Thread the yarn through the eye of the needle and connect the dots randomly until the yarn is used up. Repeat the operation for each color until all the dots are connected (it is possible to go through the same one several times).
On the second sheet: trace the outline of the rabbit using the flat support as a template. Cut out the rabbit shape (using a utility knife or scissors, making sure to keep the frame intact).
Using a glue gun, cover the first sheet, making sure to hide the punch holes well.
Decorate with multi-size adhesive tapes to complete the creation.
For soft and unique Easter rabbits, created by a game of crossed threads!
NB: we used the paper gluing technique on the wooden rabbit template to use all the materials in a matching decoration!
