You need:

• Cover the plate and the cup with paint.
• After drying, using the glue gun:
• Glue the cup in the center of the plate.
• Attach a ribbon of pompoms around the edge of the plate and on the top part of the cup.
• Affix pompoms onto the plate and the cup.


• Punch two holes to thread a satin ribbon that will help keep the hat on the head.


• And here is a superb sombrero worthy of Mexican parades!

Tip: Since the use of the glue gun is reserved for adults, keep the child engaged by asking them to choose the pompoms while waiting!
