Very complicated assembly since the key provided in the kit is of very poor quality and does not allow for proper tightening of the screws. Without my personal tools, I would not have been able to assemble the changing table. Very disappointed given the price of the furniture!

Indeed, the provided key is intended for one-time use and does not have the same grip or torque as a proper tool. On the product sheet, we clearly state that the product is delivered flat and is to be assembled by the customer. The provided key is therefore a backup solution for customers who do not have tools. The assembly is now complete, and we hope you appreciate the quality and sturdiness of the product.
