The quality is good. The weight is light enough for little ones to carry and handle properly. I got it for a 7-year-old autistic child who loves to spin and sway. Big flop here, it only spins if we throw it ourselves and the swaying side is too stiff, it hits one side then the other. Depending on his sensitivity, it's more of a torture than a fun.
