Standard delivery fees amount to €5.90 incl. VAT (via courier). For orders over €250 (on the website only), processing and shipping fees are entirely free of charge.

You are only invoiced for products that have been shipped (except for orders paid by credit card or PayPal, which are invoiced upon ordering). Today, electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) is mandatory for all public sector bodies in Ireland (Central Government, Local Authorities, and State Agencies). When placing your orders, please ensure you provide your Tax Reference Number (TRN) / VAT number and your specific department/purchase order code if required. This information is essential to ensure your invoices are correctly routed through the Peppol network to your public accounting system.

Outside the warranty period, all return and redelivery costs for repair requests are the responsibility of the customer.
