Description

Encourages understanding, inspires an interest in reading and develops vocabulary.

A Japanese tradition, dating back to the 12th century, the Kamishibai literally means: “paper theatre”. It is played using a set of pictures shown in a butai (wooden theatre), with three doors. A Kamishibai is composed of a set of numbered cards, telling a story. Each card depicts an episode of the narrative, the front shows the illustration, the reverse contains the text to be narrated. This form of representation helps children concentrate and immerse themselves in the magical world of storytelling.

Miss Yeti is really worried. She hasn't had any news from her dad for weeks. Luckily, Little Wolf is there! So here he is, roped into a wildly sporting adventure that will take him to some of the most beautiful mountains in the world in pursuit of the mysterious Yeti. It’s not going to be an easy journey!
