Directions for use: - Preheat/cool the container before use: fill it with boiling/cold water then close it with the lid. Wait at least 30 seconds. Press the middle button, unscrew the lid and drain the water. - Fill the container with a hot/cold dish. If you need to reheat it before placing it in the bento, use the microwave for a more even temperature and to keep it hot for longer! - Fill the container to the top, maximum capacity makes the container work with increased efficiency. - Close the lid quickly after filling to reduce the loss of heat/freshness.
