The house is very pretty but difficult to build, the wooden pieces where we have to screw were poorly pre-drilled, we didn't have an electric screwdriver when we assembled it, and it was a nightmare to screw with a simple screwdriver. So I find the product very expensive given the difficulty of assembly.
