I think you need to glue the rod to make the circles turn, otherwise it doesn't work
Response from Wesco the 18/05/2018 Hello and thank you for this comment. The parts of the top must be assembled without needing to be glued. Just place a disc on the circle and insert the rod into it. The pressure exerted by the spinning top is enough to hold everything together.
