Response from Wesco the 22/12/2023 Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand your disappointment regarding this situation. After an internal investigation, it appears that there was indeed a misunderstanding; we request the return at the customer's expense only in case of convenience. Our customer service contacted you the day after your return request, on 19/12, asking for photos of the chest in question, because with supporting photos, we do not need the return of the product. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by sending this chest which was ultimately not needed. To compensate you, we invite you to send your payment receipts regarding the return of the product to the address sav@wesco.fr. We will also send you a new chest shortly. We hope this solution will fully satisfy you and that we will have the chance to see you again soon on www.wesco.fr.
