I received 4 ropes of the same color (yellow), which does not suit me as I was looking for 4 ropes of different colors for my professional activity, which I expected to receive based on the product description on the site. The customer service I contacted informed me that it is like that and not otherwise, without even trying to find a solution that would suit me. I do not recommend, or know that if you have a problem with your order, it will be up to you to find the solution at your own expense.

We specified that the colors were 'various' but your comment makes us understand that it is misleading in this case and will allow us to correct the product sheet.
