Screwing and unscrewing is an important phase in the development of fine motor skills to prepare children for writing. We have selected a range of ergonomic sets with screws and a screwdriver to develop their agility, flexibility of their wrists and hand-eye coordination. The pieces can be screwed and unscrewed to help children develop motor skills in their wrist. The selection of screws and nuts combined with the activity sheets help children learn to recognise shapes and colours whilst developing their language ability.
