A course that is both motor and sensory! The wooden beams allow children to work on their balance. The motor skills board adds an extra level of difficulty in finding balance and helps stimulate the vestibular system. The sensory discs on the blocks encourage sensory awareness through touch. This course is ideal for bare feet! Another possible game variation is to combine it with ref. 71198: children dip their hands into the small bag and memorize the texture of a disc by touching it. They then have to find the XL version of this disc on the course. A fun exercise that helps develop tactile memory as well as gross motor skills.
