Fold your piece of felt in half.
Draw the outline of the stocking on the felt using the template and cut it out. You will get the two halves of your boot connected by the central stem.
Assemble the two parts of the boot with wool thread. Remember to make the loop for the stocking.
Decorate the stocking with felt shapes that you glue on.
