Steps

  • Cut plaster strips of approximately 3 cm x 30 cm (about 5 per jar).
  • Fill a bowl with water and dip the plaster strips into it.
  • Place the wet strips on the jar from top to bottom.
  • Let the plaster strips dry for a few hours.
  • Once the strips are dry, apply glow-in-the-dark paint on them.
  • Tip: for even more glow, apply a second coat of paint.

  • Cut out the eyes from the black adhesive foam sheet and stick them onto the jar.
  • Draw Frankenstein's mouth with a black paint marker.
  • Decorate the top of the jar with Halloween sequins and spider web.
  • Turn off the lights to admire the result in the dark!
Tip: for more effect, leave the jars in the light before plunging them into the dark
