I am disappointed, I ordered this item because in stores I could only find dolls that smelled like vanilla... except when I received the doll and took it out of its packaging, it was the same thing! if not worse. I don't understand this obsession with scenting dolls but above all, unless I'm mistaken, it wasn't indicated in the description... otherwise I appreciate that it is machine washable (not tested yet) and it is pretty. however, I would have found something just as good for less money in stores so I remain disappointed
