These panels have been designed to create and mark out safe play areas featuring the cabins and structures from the Gaya range. These wooden posts fit our Gaya panels (barrier panel, steering wheel, bubble, portholes, deco and wheel) to bring new activities to children. Available in different shades of green, they blend seamlessly into the natural environment.
Sturdy: framework made of solid wood and tubular metal for increased strength. Safe: risk assessment conducted by an independent verification body with reference to the standard on playground equipment and sports equipment NF EN 1176-1. The edges are rounded for increased safety. Functional: structures designed for play areas and playgrounds, highly accessible and high strength.
Several layout options: angles greater than or equal to 90°. Assembly: the panels are easily assembled using the screws sold with the posts. Choice of fixings: either with mounting plates (50 046) or ground anchors (50 047).

Guaranteed for 10 years Class IV pine posts, glue-laminated with saturator To guarantee a long life, all our posts are made from autoclave treated wood. This wood has been deep treated to protect it against environmental damage such as insects and fungi. As the wood is in contact with the ground and frequently becomes damp, it is given a class IV treatment to prolong its durability and to prevent it from putrescibility. The saturation treatment also offers additional and effective protection against inclement weather. The posts in the Gaya range are glue laminated to minimise the presence of knots and splinters and also ensure mechanical strength. With a diameter of 80 mm, the posts create a solid base for building our structures.
10-year guarantee Hardware and fasteners The fasteners in the range have all been powder-coated and/or hot-dip galvanised to avoid any risk of corrosion. The stainless steel screws and bolts give our structures the best protection against rust and ensure a strong and durable connection between the various components.
2-year guarantee Finishing parts Our finishing parts are made from polypropylene and high-density polyethylene. Made by injection moulding, they ensure child safety and the durability of the wooden structure.
This product is available in 2 versions: - for soft ground (sand, gravel and grass). This version will be fitted with ground anchors. - For hard, thick, level ground (concrete, thick asphalt). This version will be fitted with mounting plates. It requires a cushioned surface.
