The feet are absolutely not non-slip the chair slides on my floor like on an ice rink. Baby 18 months ends up on the floor as soon as he tries to sit down because the chair slides while he manages very well to do it on higher chairs than this one.. I am still waiting for a response from customer service... Unreachable by phone
