The skin is too thick. Previously there was an additional model with a thinner skin. A little deflated, it allowed for enveloping massages for painful patients or those with a flawed body image or difficulty with direct touch. I can no longer find this product. I am therefore disappointed with this ball. Furthermore, I ordered a blue ball but received a purple one.
