I am disappointed with the quality, I had seen and used this product in a nursery (I was fully satisfied) that's why I ordered it personally. However, the material is not at all the same, the model from the nursery was beige and plasticized so very easy to clean and quite comfortable, the model received is not the same color but that didn't bother me when I ordered it, what bothers me a lot is the more fabric-like or nylon material that feels cheap, and the back support does not feel qualitative and is not as comfortable. At the price of the back support, I could have ordered one from a big distribution site given the quality, if I chose this brand it was for the quality and comfort, but I am clearly disappointed. I will not return the product, but I will not order from the site again.
