Between 2 and 3 stars for now... I have a mixed opinion. I submitted my request to customer service via the contact form a few days ago (with my order number etc...) and I'm waiting for their response. My daughter's mattress measures 13 cm in height but the Wesco mattress cover is only suitable for mattresses of a height of 10 cm or less (information not present in the product description at the time of purchase) so I am unable to close the cover around my daughter's mattress properly. Additionally, I still haven't unpacked the second cover (as I had ordered 2 identical products) not knowing if I will have to return it to Wesco. It is not easy to use a single cover for daily use. I hope to hear from you soon as my work hours (8am-7pm) do not allow me to contact you easily. Thank you, sincerely, Audrey Defer. To your question 'would you recommend this product?' yes if the mattress is suitable, no if it is not!!

I did not receive the correct item! I find it average for an order with only one item to get it wrong... Too bad I had to return it, I hope to receive the right one.
