Description

Encourages understanding, inspires an interest in reading and develops vocabulary.

A Japanese tradition, dating back to the 12th century, the Kamishibai literally means: “paper theatre”. It is played using a set of pictures shown in a butai (wooden theatre), with three doors. A Kamishibai is composed of a set of numbered cards, telling a story. Each card depicts an episode of the narrative, the front shows the illustration, the reverse contains the text to be narrated. This form of representation helps children concentrate and immerse themselves in the magical world of storytelling.

A story that takes us into the heart of a faraway forest to save the trees from the big bad villain. This story is an ode to diversity and protecting the environment. For the first time in the Little Wolf series of albums, there is a truly great villain worthy of Gargamel!
